The App Store economy has shifted recently and many apps now are free to download but require a subscription to work. Some go even further and trick you into subscribing to expensive subscriptions by offering a short free trial. Ever get that unexpected $24.99 charge for an app you don't recognize? Follow this guide to prevent that from ever happening again.
Cancelling a subscription is easy once you know how (or once you follow this Visual How To Guide). And, your subscription will remain active through the next payment date, so you don't have to worry about losing access immediately to features that you might have paid for.
Subscriptions are built around the App Store, so it makes sense that is where you go to start.
